【京都／観光地】祇園新橋春景色 – Gion shinbashi in KYOTO, JAPAN / Michelin Green Guide Japan ★★ –

満開の桜に彩られた祇園新橋をLumix S5で撮影してきました。
祇園新橋は、京都市東山区にある祇園発祥の地であります。
白川の流れる祇園新橋は、お茶屋などが建ち並び、石畳みが敷かれ、祇園の花街らしい雰囲気を残す趣のある一帯です。通りには枝垂れ柳、桜、楓が植えられ、街並は国の伝統的建造物群保存地区に指定されています。
この一帯は、「ミシュラン・グリーンガイド・ジャポン」 2つ星観光地に選ばれてもいます。

I took a video of Gion Shimbashi, which was decorated with cherry blossoms in full bloom, with the Lumix S5.
Gion Shinbashi is the birthplace of Gion in Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto.
The area around Gion Shinbashi, where Shirakawa flows, is lined with teahouses and cobblestones, leaving the atmosphere of Gion’s Hanamachi. Weeping willows, cherry blossoms and maples are planted on the streets, and the cityscape is designated as a national traditional buildings preservation district.
This area has been selected as 2 stars tourist destination in the Michelin Green Guide Japan.
